FANIMATION's Versatile MULTIMAX™ Achieves Energy Star Rating
Zionsville, Indiana---FANIMATION President Nathan Frampton proudly announces that The MULTIMAX™ ceiling fan has achieved the prestigious Energy Star Rating, for meeting or exceeding the industry's stringent energy efficiency standards as stated by the U.S. Department of Energy. With more than 25 years of experience, FANIMATION is an innovative manufacturer and marketer of ceiling fans featuring high profile designs and energy saving technology.
The MULTIMAX™ is offered in a stunning Chrome finish with reversible Cherry/Mahogany finished blades to complement today's interior décor. The versatile fan can be assembled in 2-, 3- or 4-blade configurations (for a total of six blade configuration options). It is ideally suited for residential, retail, hotel, restaurant and commercial applications.
The fan includes a Frosted Opal Glass kit, featuring a lighting fixture and two energy efficient 18-watt, low profile compact fluorescent bulbs. For consumers and other end-users that don't want to use the lighting option, a handsome Chrome-finished cap without the lighting fixture is also included with the fan.
At a high speed, the energy efficient MULTIMAX™ has an airflow of 5797 cubic feet per minute; it only uses 56 watts (excluding lighting); and has an airflow efficiency of 103 cubic feet per minute per watt. The MULTIMAX™, which is UL Listed for interior use, has a 52-inch blade sweep and a 14-degree blade pitch.
For easy installation, the fan includes a downrod, which is ½ inches in diameter and has a six-inch length, with longer length rods available. The fan can be mounted to sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees.
Also included is a touch-screen hand-held remote device that controls three forward fan speeds and three reverse fan speeds and the lighting fixture, as well as shut-off and delay timers.
A close-to-ceiling kit, that mounts the ceiling fan closer to the ceiling, is also available. The kit is ideal for interiors with lower ceilings.
